Our paper on resolving the taxonomic complex of Israeli snakes belonging to the Platyceps rhodorachi

Recently published by Sinaiko et al. in Zootaxa, we surveyed the taxonomic complex and reviewed the state of the Israel species. A delight for snake lovers, this paper describes in detail the morphology, distribution and genetics of these snakes in Israel and surroundings.

This work was led by Guy Sinaiko, supervised by Prof. Shai Meiri, in collaboration with Dr. Roi Dor and myself (Tel Aviv University).
